1. Local Delivery:

• We offer local delivery services within Oxfordshire.
• All local orders require at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure freshness and quality.
• Delivery fees vary based on the distance from our studio. Please check at checkout for the exact fee.

2. Pickup:

• Pickup is available from our studio located at 62 Mickle Way, Forest Hill, OX33 1DX.
• To arrange for pickup, please notify us in advance of your desired timing, ideally when placing your order.
  

3. Nationwide Shipping:

• We also offer shipping for selection of  dried flower arrangements across the UK.
• All dried arrangements are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Delivery Timeframes:

• Local deliveries will typically be made on the scheduled date of your order.
• For dried flower arrangements shipped nationwide, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

5. Tracking:

• For nationwide shipments, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
